the hills
I held her in my arms and we walked out to the porch to catch one last breath of the view. She told me that was what she would do every morning--just walk out to the porch and stand looking out over the hills. I stood beside her and looked out over the hills. I heard the wind in my ears and remembered Jonny and Liam in the woods with me. I was crying then, and I almost cried now. My grandfather came out and the two of them embraced, and I walked back inside to get in the car to go home. I'll be back soon, Grandmother.PEACE - Tristan
