I bought my tenor sax yesterday and so begin my induction into the bonding and ritual of the musical extension. It was much cheaper than I thought it would be, but it is in good condition and I'm ready to get into it with a few lessons. I'll have to learn the theory and notation and language and learn to feel it out and correct and fuck it's new! I also got a job. Part time; late nights. Coat checking at the guvernment area. Nine and hour plus tips, but super part time, like one or two shifts per week. I'm still hoping for that ikea gig, so I can bring it in, but it's a good start, and with the sax it will make for a more productive time this winter.PEACE - Tristan
